  1. 1. Reservations and Payments:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    • Reservations can be made via phone, email, or through our website.<\/li>\n
    • A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking.<\/li>\n
    • We accept cash, credit cards, or bank transfers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    • Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/li>\n
        \n
      • Cancellations must be communicated at least 7 days before the check-in date, to receive a full refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n
      • In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      • Check-in and Check-out times:<\/strong><\/li>\n

        • Check-in is possible from 12 onwards.<\/li>\n
        • Check-out must be carried out by 10 am<\/li>\n
        • You can request an early or late check-in or check-out, but may be subject to additional charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        • Pet Policy:<\/strong><\/li>\n

          • Pets are not allowed in the facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          • House Rules:<\/strong><\/li>\n

            • Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Smoking is permitted only on the outdoor balconies<\/li>\n
            • Respectful behavior towards other guests and B&B staff is required.<\/li>\n
            • It is not allowed to organize parties<\/li>\n
            • It is not permitted to bring other unregistered people in at check-in without the manager’s permission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
